Inquiries via our website, email, or WhatsApp are subject to confirmation after technical assessment. Final pricing may vary based on the complexity of the technical issue.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are communicated before work begins. Our standard payment terms include:
- Immediate payment upon service completion.
- Advance payment required for specific replacement parts.
- Full payment must be cleared before product delivery.
We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice based on market fluctuations.
5. On-Site Services
Customers must provide a safe, accessible workspace and accurate technical information. Additional charges may apply for extended troubleshooting beyond the initial scope.
6. Data Responsibility
While we handle equipment with extreme care, technical procedures carry inherent risks.
DD TECHNOLOGIES is not responsible for data loss during repair or maintenance. Customers are strictly advised to backup all data before service.
7. Hardware Parts
Replacement parts may be genuine original, compatible replacements, or refurbished. Warranty coverage varies based on the specific supplier's terms.
8. Product Sales
We sell new and refurbished hardware. Customers should verify specifications before purchase as warranty conditions differ by product type.
9. Warranty Limitations
Warranty does not cover physical misuse, liquid damage, unauthorized third-party repairs, or electrical faults (surges). Specific details are provided at the time of purchase.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or operational downtime. Total liability is limited to the value of the specific product or service provided.
11. Website Usage
Users must not use the site for unlawful purposes. All branding, imagery, and text are the intellectual property of DD TECHNOLOGIES.
13. Governing Law
